Brandon's best of 2008 - keep up with the hipster kiddies.

Every year Rachel and I get a nice little package in the mail from our friend Brandon Forbes. Throughout the year he makes notes on his top tracks, and for christmas sends out a 4 cd set with his 100 favorites. With the economy the way it is, he decided this year to instead post all 100 tracks (with info, album artwork and streaming audio!) on a blog. Check it out here

His list is always a great way to revisit some of best music of that year, but also a chance to get introduced to some stuff you might have missed. Do I agree with his #1 pick? Yes on the band, but I would have gone with "kids" I think.
