a weekend in NC (and some other pictures)

This weekend we went to NC to visit with Rob, Shawna, Efrim, Brandon, Sarah, and Rob's dad, Bob. It was very relaxed, and since Rob and Shawna (and Efrim) have a band room as a living room, there was plenty of music played. On the way home we stopped at LocoPops for several delicious gourmet popsicles.

Allister at the Dr's office

Allister hasn't been feeling so great the past few days, so she and I took a trip to see the Pediatrician. Turns out she's got an ear infection and a cold, so she's on strict orders to stop party-ing, which will be almost impossible for her. Trust me. She's nuts. Seriously.

Anyway, we gave her some benadryl and she took a 4 hour nap today, which she deserved.

Jamie and Mike were kind enough to watch the girls Saturday morning while Amanda and I went to a consignment sale. The girls were happy and in one piece when we got back. Thanks, dads :)
